We have slept perfectly, had a nice balcony, the breakfast was great with fruits, juice and additionally with a fresh prepared hot plate. Super nice service. The pool and garden is a relaxing location.

We booked online and arrived 15 minutes later at the hotel (slightly earlier than normal check-in time at 3pm). We assumed we'd need to wait given we had only just reserved, but they had the reservation already noted and the room ready for us. The hotel is small and personal, with very well designed spaces and parking - and just a short walk to the Monetejo. Perfect for us.

This hotel is lovely and beautifully remodeled. Huge comfortable beds .. very large rooms ...great breakfast ... huevos motuleños delicious! Super great location for proximity to Paseo de Montejo ... Shops, restaurants and bars and numerous monuments (monumento a la Patria) & small parks.

The hotel is small...6 rooms...some with private patios overlooking the pool and garden. A short walk to Paseo Montejo. Merida's large boulevard of shops and restaurants, and 15 minutes on foot to the city centre.

beautiful hotel with very nice and helpful staff. I had a room with a beautiful terrace, breakfast was fantastic. wifi good, pool was enough to cool off. very good location close to the street with good restaurants. the hotel has private parking which was very helpful.

Great breakfast, lovely pool area, everything very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful in organising an early morning taxi for our departure, and also accepted our booking very last minute in the first place. It was a great stay!

We really love the stay in this beautiful hotel , loved the design, practically of the room with comfortable king size bed, great water pressure with hot water, additional balcony, spacious room with mini fridge, coffee machine, work table, iron machine, locker and super clean space . Breakfast was freshly prepared hot food with orange juice , fruits sectional of choice was fantastic. Pool and outdoor are with trees are beautiful. Super quiet at night yet close to everything. We had a parking area and great wifi. Everything you look for a comfortable stay was there. Super friendly and polite staff. We will return. Thank you very much for the special decor for a romantic stay
